Trustees or their representatives are required to ensure that all Trusts they are responsible for, registered with the Master of the High Court or not, comply with Tax Acts for tax purposes.

Thus, SARS will provide Clarity and Certainty of taxpayer obligation to equip all with the relevant information and insight required to make it easy to meet tax obligations.

THE SA Chapter of the BRICS BUSINESS COUNCIL invites South African companies to participate in
the upcoming BRICS Virtual Trade Fair, which promises to be the most prestigious and the largest
