Prevention and Elimination of Violence and Harassment in the World of Work
Dear Member,
The Department of Employment and Labour has published, in terms of Section 54(2) of the Employment Equity Act, 1998 (Act No 55 of 1998 as amended), and on the advice of the Commission for Employment Equity (CEE), the attached Draft Code of Good Practice on the Prevention and Elimination of Violence and Harassment in the World of Work for public comment.
Members with input on the draft codes are requested to submit by no later than 13 October 2020.

I am pleased to let you know that the First World Solar Technology Summit (WSTS) is being organized by International Solar Alliance (ISA) on September 8, 2020 from 16:30 to 21:30 hrs IST at a virtual platform. The Summit will be graced by Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi. FICCI as the Convenor of the ISA Global Leadership Task Force of Corporates on Innovation has the previlige to be the Industry Partner of the Summit.
