The Department of Trade and Industry has published the following Codes, below, in terms of Section 9(1) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 2003 for implementation within 6 months from the date of Gazette:
Schedule 1 of the Amended Codes of Good Practice;
Amended Code Series 400, Statement 400: General Principles for Measuring Enterprise and Supplier Development;
Amended Code Series 300, Statement 300: General Principles for Measuring Skills Development;
Amended Code Series 000, Statement 000: General Principles and the Generic Scorecard
